A bold, spicy twist on our signature soy-marinated prawns.

Hello Ayoung’s spicy marinated prawns are carefully hand-prepared using high-quality frozen prawns — shells peeled by hand, with the heads left on for full flavour and visual appeal.

Unlike the soy-marinated version, this spicy version contains no shells and almost no sauce, meaning each jar is packed with more prawns by weight — richer, fuller, and more satisfying.
Because of the higher prawn content and the use of premium Korean chilli powder (고추가루/국내산), the price is slightly higher, but the flavour and quality speak for themselves.

Each batch is made in small quantities by Ayoung herself, using her homemade Korean-style chilli sauce that balances savoury, sweet, and spicy notes perfectly. No MSG, no shortcuts — just genuine flavour.

Perfect for those who love a little heat with their meal. Enjoy it with rice, noodles, or as a side dish with drinks.

머리까지 그대로 급냉한 신선한 새우를 사용해 하나하나 손질 후,
껍질을 모두 벗긴 상태로 양념에 버무렸어요.

껍질이 없고 국물이 거의 없는 형태라,
같은 중량 기준으로 간장새우장보다 실제 새우의 양이 훨씬 많습니다.

그만큼 더 풍성하게 즐기실 수 있으며,
사용된 새우와 재료의 비율이 높아 가격이 조금 더 높은 제품이에요.

양념의 매운맛은 국내산(한국산) 고춧가루만을 사용해 깔끔하고 중독성 있게 완성했습니다.
가격이 조금 더 높지만, 재료와 정성에서 확실히 차이가 느껴질 거예요.

모든 새우장은 제가 직접 소량만 담가내며,
