Hello Ayoung is a small, heart-led brand started by Ayoung, who lives in London and loves making good food and thoughtful things.

Our very first product is a handmade Korean soy-marinated prawn (새우장), carefully prepared in small batches using quality ingredients and no shortcuts — yes, even the prawn whiskers are hand-trimmed by Ayoung herself.

We believe in honest food, thoughtful products, and a slower, more intentional way of sharing what we love.

What started with one jar of 새우장 may grow into many more things — but one thing stays the same: everything is personally curated, made, or picked by Ayoung in London.
