Thank you for your interest in Hello Ayoung’s very first product launch!

To celebrate the opening of our online shop, we are offering a limited-time pre-order event for our handmade soy-marinated prawns — made with care in London.

1. Free Delivery on 500g Orders

During the pre-order period, all UK orders containing 500g packs will receive free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery.

Orders with only 300g packs do not qualify for free shipping.

2. Bonus 300g Pack When You Buy Two 500g Packs

To thank our early supporters, we’re offering an exclusive launch promotion:
When you order two 500g packs of soy-marinated prawns, you will receive an additional 300g pack for free.
This bonus pack will be automatically included in your parcel — no code needed, no extra steps.

3. Pre-order Period

Pre-orders are open from now until Sunday, 28th September 2025, 11:59 PM (UK time).
After this period, the promotion will end and standard pricing/shipping will apply.

4. Shipping Schedule

All pre-order items will be freshly prepared after the pre-order closes and shipped in the order they were received.
Shipping will begin on Monday, 29th September 2025, using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

5. Additional Notes

We prepare each batch by hand in small quantities to ensure quality and freshness.

Due to the nature of this product (made-to-order food), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
