Return & Refund Policy
At Hello Ayoung, each item is made with love, in small batches, by Ayoung herself.
Our food products are freshly prepared and made to order — never mass-produced, never sitting on shelves.
As a result, and in accordance with UK Consumer Law, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for perishable food items due to change of mind.
This includes any soy-marinated prawns (새우장), or other food products you may order from us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing every order to ensure it reaches you safely.
However, if your jar arrives damaged, broken, or with a clear issue (such as leakage or wrong item), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
In this case, please provide:
- Clear photos of the packaging and item
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
- Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.
We do not offer refunds for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance, especially for international orders.
