Thank you for your interest in Hello Ayoung’s very first product launch!
To celebrate the opening of our online shop, we are offering a limited-time pre-order event for our handmade soy-marinated prawns — made with care in London.
1. Free Delivery over £50
During the pre-order period, all UK orders over £50 will receive free DPD Next Day Delivery.
2. Pre-order Period
Pre-orders are open from now until Sunday, 28th December 2025, 11:59 PM (UK time).
After this period, the promotion will end and standard pricing/shipping will apply.
3. Shipping Schedule
All pre-order items will be freshly prepared after the pre-order closes and shipped in the order they were received.
Shipping will begin on Wednesday, 31st December 2025, using DPD Next day Delivery.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
4. Additional Notes
We prepare each batch by hand in small quantities to ensure quality and freshness.
Due to the nature of this product (made-to-order food), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please check the ingredients list on each product page before placing your order.
